Lark Voorhies has pulled the plug on her six-month-long marriage to music engineer Jimmy Green, TMZ reports.
The "Saved by the Bell" star, 41, who played the effervescent Lisa Turtle on the hit '90s show, said "I do" in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas in April after a year-long romance that began on Facebook.
Voorhies asked the court not to grant her ex spousal support, according to documents retrieved by the gossip site.
Green, for his part, told TMZ that Voorhies was able to beat him to the punch because he didn't know how to file a divorce petition.
The couple experienced quite a few bumps in the road — one being Green's criminal past, which surfaced a day after the duo got hitched.
Green was reportedly wanted in Tucson, Arizona, on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening from an incident with a store owner in 2012.Voorhies also went into the marriage without the approval of her family, who felt she was in a dangerous relationship and wanted her to get an immediate annulment at the time.
Green was hopeful about the marriage during an interview with E! News in June. "We are going to live life to the fullest and be happy every day," he said.
