Amy Duggar's Sweet Gesture of Support for Josh's Wife Anna at Her Wedding, If there was one honored guest at Amy Duggar and Dillon King's wedding, it was definitely her cousin Josh's wife Anna.
Still reeling from her husband's sex sandal – Josh is currently seeking treatment at a faith-based rehab in Illinois – the young mother of four stepped out for Amy's wedding, and received a warm welcome. "I gave her the biggest hug ever when I first saw her,"
Amy tells PEOPLE in this week's issue. The two embraced before the ceremony and "that's when I got the most emotional. I can't imagine what she's been through. I would be a disaster." Despite her own marital woes, "She was beautiful," says Amy. "She said she's very happy for me."
To show her support, Amy enlisted Anna's daughter Mackynzie as one of her bell-ringing flower girls, and had special gifts for both Anna and her aunt Michelle.
Inside personal cards she placed on their chairs, "I gave Aunt Michelle a gift certificate for her favorite restaurant so she and uncle Jim Bob can have a really sweet date night. And I felt like Anna needed to be pampered so I got her a mani-pedi certificate to a nail salon. I feel like she needs that."
Says Amy, "They've been through so much and it means the world to me that they want to come to my wedding even though their whole world is turned upside down right now."
