Tom Hanks' son slammed for defending use of n-word, Chet Hanks, the child of Oscar victor Tom Hanks, safeguarded the utilization of the n-word in his music on Tuesday.
"See, I know the lion's share of y'all are not gonna get this, on the grounds that the history is still so crisp in our nation. Yet, hip-jump isn't about race," Chet, who raps under the name Chet Haze, said in an Instagram feature. "It's about the way of life you relate to. What's more, can't nobody let me know what I can't say."
"On the off chance that I say the word n -an I say it amongst individuals I cherish and who adore me," Chet wrote in the subtitle for the feature. "What's more, I don't acknowledge society getting the chance to choose what ANYBODY [sic] can or can't say. That is something we call FREE SPEECH [sic]."
The way I see it, its a word that brings together the way of life of HIP-HOP [sic] over ALL RACES [sic], which is really sort of an excellent thing," he proceeded. "It's a word that can be utilized out of fellowship and affection, not only solely for dark individuals."
