Snake Infested Home, An Annapolis couple says their land specialists knew their future home was pervaded with snakes however sold it to them at any rate.
The Capital Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1HElhBY ) that Jeff and Jody Brooks recorded a $2 million claim two weeks prior. They say their family was driven out in light of the fact that the house was creeping with snakes.
The Brookses acquired the house in December. They look for more than four times the home's cost in their claim against land operators Barbara Van Horn, Champion Realty and ex-mortgage holder Joan Broseker.
The Brookses say exterminators discovered dark rodent snakes, snakeskins, sanctums, passages and excrement.
The claim says a snake assessor decided the house was swarmed and hazardous for kids.
Van Horn declined to remark to the daily paper. A lawyer for Van Horn and Champion Realty says the organization doesn't remark on continuous prosecution.
