Miley cyrus robber two years, A man indicted taking things from pop artist Miley Cyrus' home a year ago has been sentenced to two years in state prison.Rusty Sellner was sentenced Wednesday in Los Angeles, three months after he argued no challenge for the situation. The 22-year-old was accused of taking what a prosecutor portrayed as a lot of individual property from Cyrus' Toluca Lake home in December.
Sellner has past feelings for theft and dodging capture. Charges of accepting stolen property and stupendous burglary were dropped in return for Sellner's no challenge request in February.
The case was the second in a year including a break-in at Cyrus' home. An Arizona couple was sentenced to jail in the wake of burglarizing the pop artist's home in May 2014.
