Man shot in North Austin, A man was blood-soaked in a cutting Friday morning in the North Austin adjacency on the West Side.
The 22-year-old was on a balustrade in the 1400 block of North Lavergne about 9:30 a.m. if anyone absolved out of a gangway and started shooting, according to Chicago Police.
