Uganda: Main opposition candidate arrested on election day, An abettor to Ugandan action baton says Kizza Besigye has been arrested in the capital, Kampala.

Shawn Muburi, who is in allegation of communications for Besigye's Forum for Democratic Change party, said Besigye was arrested backward Thursday in the Kampala suburb of Naguru, area he had gone to investigate declared election capacity in a abode run by the intelligence agencies.
