Beyonce's Dad Mathew Knowles Claims She's Older Than She Says, Mathew — who managed Destiny's Child — claimed that his eldest daughter is the exact same age as Pink, who just turned 36 last month. Beyonce was born in 1981 though, which makes her 34.
"These guys had a competitiveness. L.A. [Reid] had a girls group, but I bet you don't know who the lead singer was — Pink," Mathew, 63, said on the radio show. "She's the exact same age as Beyonce and there used to be this battle of who was better."
Age conspiracy theories have been following Beyonce for years. Back in 2006, TMZ cited a document from the Texas Department of Health that claimed that Jay Z's wife was seven years older than she says.
