The Real Housewives personality reportedly pleaded "no contest" to charges of resisting arrest Monday and has been ordered three years of probation, 30 days of community service and 52 A.A. meetings.
Richards, 50, was booked in April for resisting arrest, battery on a police officer, trespassing and public intoxication at a prominent Beverly Hills lounge. According to prosecutors, she allegedly kicked an officer while being arrested.
Since April, Richards was arrested again for shoplifting at a local Target, where she allegedly stole over $600 worth of merchandise. The troubled television personality, -- who recently returned to social media after visits to rehab and the hospital -- will not be returning to the latest season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
