Ellen Page walks 'Freeheld' red carpet with girlfriend Samantha Thomas, Ellen Page and girlfriend Samantha Thomas made their red-carpet debut Sunday at the Toronto International Film Festival, where the actress' upcoming film "Freeheld" had its premiere.
"[W]alking down the carpet holding my girlfriend's hand is pretty special," the 28-year-old told E! News, also declaring with a smile, "I'm in love!"Buddy Ruby Rose posted an Instagram photo of herself with the couple, who both sported tuxedo-style outfits similar to Rose's look.
"When you're not sure if you're a YSL Campaign or really stylish waiters," the model and "Orange Is the New Black" actress captioned the shot.Thomas, who towered over her 5-foot-1 girlfriend on the red carpet, is an artist who grew up in Texas, according to her website. She specializes in what the Weekender magazine called "3-D paintings." A People perusal of their Instagram pages show the ladies have been hanging out for a while now.
