Molly Shattuck Sentenced

Molly Shattuck Sentenced, A Delaware judge sentenced former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck to 48 weekends in jail after she pleaded guilty to fourth-degree rape, per Jayne Miller of WBAL 11 in Baltimore.

Should the 47-year-old violate her probation, she'd have to serve a larger chunk of her 15-year suspended sentence. She will also pay the victim's family $10,000 and be a registered sex offender for 20 years.

"Mrs. Shattuck is extremely sorry for any pain and all pain she may have caused," said defense attorney Michelle Lipkowitz in a statement on her client's behalf. "She is determined to demonstrate, at this point, to all involved her sorrow, her remorse and full acceptance of responsibility for any poor decisions she made."

A grand jury in Sussex County, Delaware, indicted Shattuck in November 2014 on nine charges, including two counts of third-degree rape and four counts of unlawful sexual contact. In June, she pleaded guilty to a single charge of fourth-degree rape.

Shattuck was a member of the Ravens' cheerleading squad in 2005. Then 38, she was the oldest cheerleader in NFL history.
