Alton Harvey, 42, of Hillside, was captured Wednesday after police followed a white van that was caught on reconnaissance feature pulling up to the pack of money that the ATM workers overlooked outside a business in Mahwah, in northern New Jersey, on Monday. The feature demonstrated a traveler in the van snatching the sack.
Police said the van was seen in another feature maneuvering into a close-by auto repair business and appropriating utilized tires.
Subsequent to discovering the van in Irvington, police captured Harvey.
