The FBI has subpoenaed an affirmation containing asserted messages between previous Subway representative Jared Fogle and a previous female Subway franchisee in which Fogle says he paid for sex with a 16-year-old young lady, as per the previous franchisee's lawyer.
The lady's legal counselor, who requested that stay unknown, said the FBI as of late subpoenaed his law office for the instant message discussions, which Business Insider has seen.
In the messages, Fogle more than once asks the lady — a Subway franchisee at the time — to promote herself on Craigslist for sex with other men.
