Good Samaritan couple shot to death on Montana roadside, Attempting to be great Samaritans cost two individuals from a Montana family their lives and left their little girl injured.

The triple shooting happened in the town of Pryor, Montana, around 30 miles south of Billings.

The suspect, 18-year-old Jesus Deniz Mendoza, is normal in government court Friday.

The shooting

The family was shot when they came back to help Mendoza, whose auto was seen ceased close by a street on the Crow Indian Reservation on Wednesday morning, as per a FBI criminal protestation.

The little girl said her mom "went to her home and advised her that there was a gentleman that required help."

The mother, father and little girl then came back to where Mendoza's auto was stopped, the court report says.

Mendoza pulled a firearm on them and requested them out of their auto. He requested cash, however the family said it didn't have any, as per the FBI.

The little girl said Mendoza instructed them to begin leaving the auto. She heard a shot and swung back to see her dad lying out and about

The lady heard another gunfire and heard her mom shout. She was running and didn't think back, the report says.

As the little girl fled, she felt blood running down her face from a projectile injury. She then heard another discharge and felt a shot hit her in the back.

The lady kept running for help as Mendoza drove off in her auto. She was taken to a Billings healing center for treatment.

Found in Wyoming

A Park County Sheriff's Office agent captured him a few hours after the fact and more than 100 miles away in Meeteetse, Wyoming.

Mendoza later told FBI operators he "shot the casualties on the grounds that he was becoming weary of sticking around, and in light of the fact that the little girl giggled at him," the criminal protest says.

The FBI reports just alluded to the family by their initials, yet the Big Horn County, Montana, Coroner's Office distinguished the expired as Tana and Jason Shane Jr., as per CNN associate KULR.
