"We made that point very strongly to Curt and have removed him from his current Little League assignment pending further consideration.Schilling posted a meme on Twitter on Tuesday comparing Muslim extremists to German Nazis along with the comment, “The math is staggering when you get to true #’s.”Schilling's tweet has since been deleted. The Little League World Series is under way in Williamsport, Pa. until Aug. 30.
After being removed from the air, Schilling wrote on Twitter: "I understand and accept my suspension. 100% my fault. Bad choices have bad consequences and this was a bad decision in every way on my part.”
