Caitlyn Jenner facing another multimillion-dollar lawsuit over deadly crash: report, The jury's still out on whether or not Caitlyn Jenner will face criminal charges in the deadly Feb. 7 car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.

But the reality TV star is about to be sued for $18.5 million for her role in a four-car pileup, TMZ reported.

One day after lawyers for the five occupants of the Hummer which Kim Howe struck after Caitlyn's SUV pushed her car into oncoming traffic filed a lawsuit for $18.5 million from Howe's estate, they are moving forward with an identical lawsuit against Jenner, according to the gossip site.

The 69-year-old Howe died in the crash. The second suit will reportedly claim her negligence caused the fatal accident.

They'll have to get in line to get money from the former Olympian in the wake of the highly publicized crash.

Jessica Steindorff, a 29-year-old woman who was driving a Prius involved in the crash, sued Caitlyn back in June for property damage and personal injury, and Howe's stepchildren have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the transgender reality star.Caitlyn has moved to have Howe's stepchildren's suit tossed (considering they seem to have had a distant relationship with their stepmother probably doesn't strengthen their case).

Caitlyn is also already facing a possible manslaughter charge for driving in a manner deemed "unsafe for the prevailing conditions," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials confirmed last week.
