Donny Osmond to have surgery to remove polyp ahead of fall Vegas shows, Donny Osmond is set under the blade to right an issue with his vocal strings.
Individuals magazine said the "Puppy Love" crooner and previous "Hitting the dancefloor with The Stars" champ's surgery to repair his channels will happen in "the not so distant future."
Amid a late examination, it was found that Donny has a hemorrhagic polyp (also called a draining sore) on his right vocal line. The surgery will be performed by Harvard Medical School's Dr. Steven M. Zeitel, who, previously, has performed the same method for John Mayer, Adele, Sam Smith and Lionel Richie.
Donny isn't required to miss any shows at his Las Vegas show with his sister Marie (called "Donny & Marie,") however he will be compelled to reschedule a few performance shows he'd been getting ready for September.
Not long ago, Donny discharged his 60th collection (yes, 60th!) titled "Soundtrack of My Life." The collection highlights Donny singing some of his most loved spread melodies.
"You can't upset these melodies an excessive amount of or individuals won't care for it," Osmond said as the collection was very nearly being discharged.
