Dead woman wakes up germany, Prosecutors in Germany have accused a specialist of careless substantial damage for pronouncing a 92-year-old lady dead, just for her to stir again in a refrigerated room at a memorial service home.
Essen prosecutor Birgit Juergens said Tuesday the 53-year-old specialist, whose name wasn't discharged in accordance with protection regulations, could face anything from a fine to jail time if indicted.
The specialist is charged to have proclaimed the genuinely sick lady dead in March after a parental figure discovered her without a heartbeat and not breathing at a retirement home.
That night, a specialist at the memorial service home where she'd been taken heard a shout from the refrigeration room and found the lady alive.
Juergens says she passed on two days after the fact in a healing center from coronary illness irrelevant to the episode.
