Confederate Flag Brawl, One man has been captured after a battle about the Confederate banner before the South Carolina Statehouse.

The quarrel began once again 7:15 p.m. Monday when around twelve vehicles with Confederate banner supporters pulled up before the Statehouse and stopped amidst the road, Public Safety Department representative Sherri Iacobelli said in an announcement.

Around 10 of the banner supporters conflicted with around 30 individuals who were on the Statehouse grounds challenging the banner, the announcement said.

Around 50 officers reacted and contained the conflict, including officers from the Bureau of Protective Services doled out to the Statehouse, and in addition Columbia police, University of South Carolina officers and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Two squares of the road before the Statehouse was shut for a brief time amid the unsettling influence.

Nicholas Thompson, 25, of Irmo, South Carolina, has been accused of dislocated behavior. It wasn't clear on the off chance that he has an attorney.

The Confederate banner has been a center of challenges following the lethal shooting of nine individuals at a historic dark church in Charleston on June 17.

Open Safety Director Leroy Smith told journalists it was deplorable that Columbia had a battle when there have been no issues reported in Charleston, where the shooting happened.

The suspect in the Charleston shooting, Dylann Storm Roof, shows up in various photographs online with theConfederate banner, inciting calls for expulsion of the banner from before the Statehouse.

South Carolina officials are required one week from now to consider recommendations to bring the banner down and move it to a historical center.

The banner has flown at the Statehouse since the 1960s. It was expelled from the Statehouse arch and put at aConfederate Soldier Monument before the Statehouse in 2000.
