Araceli king:Woman Robocalled by Time Warner Wins $230,000 Judgment, Time Warner Cable sent 153 mechanized telephone calls to a Texas lady's phone, and now must pay her $229,500. The calls were not in any case implied for her, a certainty she made clear to the organization.

Identifying with the Washington Post Tuesday, King's legal advisor, Sergei Lemberg, said that his customer is cheerful her battle against robocalls paid off, including that they "make individuals' lives hopeless."

"A large number of U.S. shoppers get robocalls. Just a couple of them make it a stride forward and get a legal counselor," Lemberg told Mercury News.
