Twitter CEO stepping down, Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) CEO Dick Costolo is going down, under weight from financial specialists baffled by the Internet organization's moderate development and apparently steady shake-ups in its upper ranks.Costolo will be supplanted by fellow benefactor Jack Dorsey on an interval premise.
