Texas Lemonade Stand, Texas cops got serious about an underground market operation mocking state wellbeing regulations — two young ladies running a lemonade stand.
Sisters Andria and Zoey Green conspired to raise enough cash to take their father to Splash Kingdom water park for Father's Day, they told KYTX.
"We were doing fine and dandy until the cops came," Andria, 7, told the station.
"They close us down," Zoey, 8, included.
A joint squad of Overton police and code authorization officers sprang enthusiastically in the wake of revealing the illegal juice purveyors.
The little kingpins had officially earned $25 offering lemonade for 50 pennies a glass and "Pot Korn" for $1 a sack when powers busted them for not taking out the best possible permits.We need to take after by the state wellbeing rules," Overton police Chief Clyde Carter told KLTV.
