Taye Diggs Hedwig, Hedwig and the Angry Inch" has disclosed the glitzy first photograph of Taye Diggs, star of "The Best Man" film establishment and TV show "Private Practice," who comes back to Broadway this mid year as the main character in the 2014 Tony Award champ for Best Musical Revival.
The show posted the picture, by photographic artist Sebastian Mader, on its Instagram account Wednesday alongside a quote from Diggs: "Hedwig is the part of a lifetime."

Diggs will play Hedwig in the acclaimed musical for a constrained 12-week engagement beginning July 22 at the Belasco Theater in New York. This will check Diggs' first New York stage part subsequent to the 2005 restoration of "A Soldier's Play."
The performer is at present underway on the second season of Steven Bochco's wrongdoing show "Murder in the First," which will debut June 8 on TNT.
