Stephen Colbert Justice Scalia

Stephen Colbert Justice Scalia, Stephen Colbert is back Stephen Colbert-ing eminently even before he makes his TV make a big appearance this September as the new host of The Late Show taking after David Letterman's takeoff. His most recent target? The Supreme Court judges who contradicted the choice to legitimize gay marriage.

On Friday, five out of nine of them decided that the U.S. Constitution gives same-sex couples the privilege to marry and that every one of the 50 states are denied from banning such relational unions.

"Obviously, not everybody's observing," Colbert, 51, said in a feature posted on the new site of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and on the arrangement's YouTube page on Friday, naming four of the nine Supreme Court judges who are "despondent" about the decision.

"I'll give you a chance to figure which ones. Here's an indication," the previous Colbert Report host said, scowling and growling. He then reacted to contentions introduced by contradicting judges, specifically moderate Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 79.

"If its not too much trouble go ahead my show, sir," Colbert said.

The feature's inscription peruses, "Anticipating Justice Scalia's disagreeing sentiment of this feature."

In the clasp, Colbert cites from Scalia's difference on gay marriage, in which the equity expressed that the Supreme Court "has dropped from the trained legitimate thinking of John Marshall and Joseph Story to the mysterious adages of the fortune treat."

"Also, he's privilege," the moderator kidded. "I've got a fortune treat right here."

He aired out one and read from a false fortune.

"The historical backdrop of marriage is one of both coherence and change...in bed."
