Sen. Mark Kirk regrets calling Lindsey Graham a 'bro with no ho', Sen. Mark Kirk said in a meeting that he laments alluding to Sen. Lindsey Graham as a "bro with no ho" yet declined to illuminate or further clarify his dubious comment.

A standout amongst the most defenseless Senate Republicans in 2016, Kirk (R-Ill.) made the comment about Graham amid a Senate Appropriations Committee markup session on Thursday. The Huffington Post, which initially gave an account of the remark, posted sound of the hot mic episode.

"I've been kidding with Lindsey," Kirk said, by from the Huffington Post. "Did you see that? He's going to have a turning first woman. He's a bro with no ho."

Subsequent to rising up out of a meeting in the workplace of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), the typically frank Kirk was basically mum about what he'd said in regards to Graham, a long-term lone wolf with White House aspirations.

"No. No, remark," Kirk said. Inquired as to whether he lamented the remark, Kirk reacted: "I do."

The Illinois representative said he had not identified with Graham since the occurrence. A helper called the jest a "joke between companions."

Democrats have been taking advantage of the impromptu comment, circling it in a split second to the media after it was made.

It's one of a few hot-catch remarks that Kirk has made for the current year, including proposing that the GOP ought to put pine boxes outside Democratic workplaces if there was a terrorist assault amid a Homeland Security shutdown and saying individuals "drive quicker" through dark neighborhoods.

Graham has downplayed his bachelorhood, kidding this week that on the off chance that he wins the administration, he would have a "turning first woman." The 59-year-old South Carolina congressperson has never hitched and has no kids.
