Rick Ross arrested in Georgia, Rapper Rick Ross, who was set up for the Fayette County correctional facility Wednesday evening on a misdeed weed charge, is a liberated individual.

Ross, whose original name is William Leonard Roberts II, posted bond and was discharged from correctional facility around 11:18 p.m. Wednesday, Fayette sheriff's representative Allen Stevens told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution early Thursday.

Ross, 39, was captured Wednesday after an agent ceased his Bentley on Ga. 279 for a charged window tint infringement, Stevens said.
