Planes clip tarmac, Two Southwest Airline planes knock wings Saturday at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
Travelers deplaned the two Boeing 737s after the wings cut, FAA representative Allen Kenitzer said. No wounds were accounted for, and the FAA will research the occurrence.
While pushing back from the entryway, the wingtip of Southwest Airlines flight 4721 came into contact with the other air ship, Southwest representative Alyssa Eliasen said.
Both planes were taken out of administration for an upkeep check while aerial shuttle representatives attempted to oblige clients, she said.
"Wellbeing is our number one center and we will lead an interior survey to distinguish the points of interest encompassing today's occasion."
