Nadya Tolokonnikova arrested, In Moscow's Bolotnaya Square, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova of Russian women's activist punk challenge aggregate Pussy Riot was kept while organizing a dissent in backing of female detainees

Tolokonnikova is a previous jail prisoner who served two years for "hooliganism inspired by religious contempt or threatening vibe." A dynamic voice contrary to the Russian government, she has been captured on various events.

Generally known for her political challenges and unashamed resistance, Tolokonnikova made today - Russia Day, a national occasion in remembrance of the 1992 Russian Federation creation and a day with a background marked by open change - no special case.

"We chose to present our own particular picture of the nation," Tolokonnikova told Newsweek. "Two young ladies in jail robes sewing a banner."

Sewing together fabric segments of Russian banner hues (white, blue and red) to define "Jail Camp Russia", she and kindred lobbyist Katherine Nenasheva were hindered by police. As per Newsweek, Tolokonnikova and Nenasheva "sat in the square for three minutes prior to police specialists drew nearer them and instructed them to stop."

In the wake of overlooking the solicitation, the two were shot being dragged into the back of a police van and were held at a police headquarters for a few hours. They were discharged without charges.
