Molly Shattuck pleads guilty to the rape of a 15-year-old, A previous Baltimore Ravens team promoter accused of having intercourse with a 15-year-old in Bethany Beach confessed in Sussex County Superior Court Tuesday.
Molly Shattuck conceded to one number of fourth-degree assault. She settled nine unique charges, some of them more genuine, by consenting to concede.
Unrivaled Court judge E. Scott Bradley advised Shattuck she confronted up to 15 years in jail when she gets sentenced on August 14.
"Did you submit the offense you're conceding to?" Bradley asked Shattuck amid a brief court hearing in Georgetown.
"Yes," Shattuck answered.
A hearing for Shattuck was as of late added to the court's timetable, in front of a since quite a while ago planned case survey listening to set for Wednesday.
Shattuck, 48, was arraigned in November on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful sexual contact and acquiring liquor for a minor. Police in court reports said she started an association with a 15-year-old kid the previous summer, first reaching him on Instagram.
Powers affirm she had sexual collaboration with the kid – a companion of her child's – in a leased house in Bethany Beach on Labor Day weekend 2014. Late during the evening, in a room of the house, Shattuck performed oral sex on the kid, charging reports state. She offered to have intercourse with him, police said, yet the kid declined.
Police who talked with the kid in September said he let them know he had not seen Shattuck after that night.
Shattuck is the ex of Mayo Shattuck III, a previous Constellation Energy CEO, and was made an individual from the Ravens cheerleading squad in 2005.
She has been free on $84,000 bond for the situation.
