Hospice wedding dress goes viral, A genuine note stuck to a vintage wedding dress which was given to a philanthropy shop in Leeds has turned into a web sensation.
St Gemma's Hospice in Garforth said on its Facebook page it is urgent to locate the "genuine gent" who gave his wife's dress to philanthropy.
The message appended to the 1950s dress understands: "I wish any woman who takes this dress to have an existence with her cherished one 56 years as I did."
Photos of the thing on social networking have gotten more than 1,000 preferences.
Because of enthusiasm for the dress from as far abroad as the United States, the philanthropy said it had chosen to sell it on eBay.
