EXCLUSIVE: 'Star Trek' Star Nichelle Nichols Says She's as 'Wild and Woolly' As Ever After Stroke, Prior this month, news outlets around the globe were reporting that previous "Star Trek" on-screen character Nichelle Nichols, who played Uhura on the show, experienced a stroke. Being that Nichols is 82-years of age, the news terrified a few of us.

Be that as it may, under two weeks after the difficulty, Nichols is not just feeling better, she sat down for a meeting with "Amusement Tonight."

She told "ET" reporter Nischelle Turner that she's "inclination the best I've ever felt in quite a while."

Also, she even clarified how she found herself able to skip back so rapidly.

"I have this thing about supposed affliction. I can't say it in regards to everything, about every disorder except I've generally felt from a young lady, on the off chance that you deny it, it'll go away. Furthermore, it does." Laughs

Turner needed to know whether the disorder had influenced her versatility.

"Not in any manner, I'm as wild and wooly as I've ever been."

Concerning the stroke itself, Nichols says she doesn't recall much in regards to it, including who called the rescue vehicle to help her when she experienced the stroke on Wednesday, June 3.

Turner finished up, just, that Nichols is a contender.

"Gracious no doubt, I'm a warrior. Try not to be upsetting my amusement. My amusement is my vocation."

Go 'head Mama Nichelle! As somebody who likes to deny (and reprimand… for my congregation people) my colds, its pleasant to realize that the psyche is sufficiently effective to tackle a stroke also. A considerable measure of times we're more capable than we accept.

Happy to see she's doing as such well. Furthermore, we're trusting she has more years to take every necessary step she's still so enthusiastic abou
