Eddie Redmayne Potter,Oscar-winning performing artist Eddie Redmayne will enter the universe of enchantment in Warner Bros' foreseen "Harry Potter" twist off motion picture "Incredible Beasts and Where to Find Them," the studio said.
Redmayne, 33, who won a best on-screen character Oscar this year for his part as Stephen Hawking in "The Theory of Everything," will play magizoologist Newt Scamander, "who in his voyages has experienced and archived a horde of mystical animals," Warner Bros said for the current week.
The story is situated in New York, 70 years prior to the adventure of kid wizard "Harry Potter," and is depicted as neither a prequel or continuation, yet rather an augmentation of creator J.K. Rowling's mainstream Wizarding World of enchantment.
Time Warner Inc-possessed Warner Bros has declared three "Phenomenal Beasts" movies that will take after the experiences of Newt Scamander.
Rowling, who will make her screenwriting presentation with "Phenomenal Beasts," is one of the world's smash hit writers. Her seven "Harry Potter" books have sold more than 450 million duplicates far and wide, and brought forth an eight-section film establishment that netted more than $7 billion at the overall film industry.
