Darrell Issa Tried To Crash A Benghazi Committee Deposition. It Did Not Go Well.

Darrell Issa Tried To Crash A Benghazi Committee Deposition. It Did Not Go Well.,Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) attempted to crash a statement by previous Clinton counsel Sidney Blumenthal to the Select Committee on Benghazi on Tuesday, The Hill reported, and it clearly did not go well.

Issa, who ventured down as seat of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform toward the start of this current year, just made it into the affidavit for around a moment before he was escorted out by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), the seat of the board, as per The Hill. The advisory group is researching updates Blumenthal sent to Clinton about security in Libya when she was Secretary of State.

In a feature of the trade between the two individuals from Congress, Gowdy can be seen shaking his head as Issa leaves.

Delegates for both Issa and Gowdy did not instantly give back a solicitation for input on why Issa showed up at the testimony and why he was escorted out.

Elise Viebeck, a correspondent for The Washington Post, tweeted that staff members could be caught ridiculing Issa for attempting to crash the statement.

Being escorted out isn't the first resentment Issa has endured since surrendering his chairmanship. Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), Issa's successor, had a representation of the previous executive expelled from the council room recently.
