Brandon Spikes released by Patriots, The New England Patriots authoritatively discharged Brandon Spikes on Monday morning, one day after police started examining the linebacker for a potential attempt at manslaughter episode.
A 2011 Mercedes-Benz car enrolled to Spikes was discovered relinquished in the middle portion of a Foxborough, Mass. interstate after police were informed of the vehicle at around 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, as per the Boston Globe. The vehicle had harm to the front and an OnStar on-board route delegate told police that the driver reported hitting a deer.
No confirmation of deer was discovered close-by, albeit another vehicle reported being back finished along the same stretch of expressway around the same time. The three tenants of the vehicle were all brought the clinic with minor wounds and told police that they didn't see the other auto.
Police didn't at first unite the two accidents while they explored the occurrences, however charges against Spikes have not been documented yet.
Spikes was drafted by the Patriots in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft and played four seasons with the group before marking with the Buffalo Bills in 2014. He marked an one-year bargain in May to come back to the Patriots.
