Third man charged in death of nursing understudy Holly Bobo, Authorities have accused a third man of homicide in the 2011 vanishing of Tennessee nursing understudy Holly Bobo.
John Dylan Adams was prosecuted for this present week and is confronting the same charges as two different suspects, extraordinary prosecutor Jennifer Nichols said.
The two others, Jason Wayne Autry and Zachary Adams, were prosecuted a year ago. Each was accused of first-degree murder and irritated grabbing. They have argued not liable.
John Adams and Zachary Adams are siblings, CNN subsidiary WSMV reported.
Bobo, 20, was most recently seen in April 2011. Her sibling told powers he saw a man in disguise driving her far from their home in Darden, Tennessee.
A few witnesses gave data that prompted charges against Autry, said Mark Gwyn, chief of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
The case shook the generally country range of focal Tennessee as inhabitants mobilized to discover her.
Bobo's remaining parts were found in Decatur County, Tennessee, in September, agents said at the time.
