Source: Aaron Hernandez a post in jail battle, Convicted killer Aaron Hernandez is into a bad situation at the end of the day, getting stirred up in a jail battle, a law authorization source with learning of the episode said Tuesday.

Hernandez purportedly consented to be the post for another detainee who went into another detainee's cell at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center.

Those two prisoners got into a battle Monday, the source says, accepted to be group related.

Every one of the three men are being taught over the episode, including the previous expert football player, who was put in an extraordinary administration area.

Christopher Fallon, a representative for the Massachusetts Department of Correction, declined to remark, saying regulations deny revealing data of that kind about inmates.It's not the first run through Hernandez has gotten into inconvenience in a correctional facility. While he was anticipating his homicide trial, he got into a fight with a kindred prisoner at the Bristol County prison.

On Thursday, a judge may set a trial date for Hernandez's twofold homicide trial in Boston for passings that happened in July 2012.

Hernandez, who in the past played for the NFL's New England Patriots, was sentenced April 15 to life in the slammer in the shooting demise of Odin Lloyd in June 2013.
