Beam Rice case rejected, Adomestic-roughness charge against previous Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has been released after his culmination of a pretrial intercession program.
New Jersey Superior Court Judge Michael Donio told ABC News in an email Thursday that he got a rejection request from the prosecutor taking care of Rice's case. Donio later marked the request.
"I was simply given a rejection request from Prosecutor [James] McClain - which implies that Ray Rice has effectively finished the majority of his terms and states of his PTI - hence in light of the Prosecutors proposal I will be marking Mr. Rice's release of his case," Donio told ABC News.
Rice was requested to go to and effectively finish the yearlong mediation program keeping in mind the end goal to abstain from going to trial on a third-degree ambush charge.
