Matthew Apperson was accused Friday of exasperated attack with a lethal weapon, bothered battery with a dangerous weapon and discharging a rocket into an involved movement, Lake Mary police reported in a news discharge. Apperson turned himself in at the police division Friday evening.
Zimmerman's lawyer, Don West, has said the previous neighborhood watch volunteer had as of late moved to another state yet returned to the Orlando suburb of Lake Mary for Mother's Day. He was heading to a medical checkup Monday when Apperson deliberately shot his firearm into Zimmerman's truck without incitement, analysts said.
Police recouped two weapons from Apperson and one from Zimmerman.
