The country star and One Tree Hill alum, 31, married NFL tight end Caussin, 28, on Friday in Charlottesville, Virginia, PEOPLE confirms.
The happy couple has had a whirlwind romance – the two got engaged in December on Kramer's birthday, after dating for only four months.
"It was a beautiful surprise," Kramer said about the proposal at the time. "He was the perfect gentleman. Nervous, on one knee, and surrounded by some of the people that love us the most."
Prior to her romance with Caussin, the singer broke off an engagement to fellow country musician Brantley Gilbert in August 2013. She was previously married to actor Johnathon Schaech, as well as Michael Gambino.
Kramer had a hit with "Love" last fall, while new single "I Got the Boy" is currently climbing the country charts.
