How to make date and almond energy bites, Date and Almond Energy Bites
Ingredients
· ½ cup raw almonds
· 8 pitted dates
· ¼ cup almond butter
· ½ mashed banana
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· Unsweetened, shredded coconut (the finer the better for this)
Directions
1. Finely process almonds, set aside. Then finely process dates, and add them to the almonds. Process the banana.
2. Mix together with in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Roll out in small balls and then roll into coconut flakes.
