Holly Bobo murder, A third man has been accused of first-degree kill in the 2011 seizing and demise of Tennessee nursing understudy Holly Bobo, the prosecutor affirmed Wednesday.

A great jury in Memphis arraigned John Dylan Adams on eight lawful offense checks Tuesday, including planned first-degree homicide, irritated assault and disturbed hijacking.

The unique prosecutor for the situation, Shelby County Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Nichols, affirmed the prosecution late Wednesday evening after it was initially reported by NBC station WSMV of Nashville.

Jason Wayne Autry and Adams' sibling, Zachary Rye Adams, were already charged and face the same include with homicide and seizing the case. They were accused of the same assault numbers in the arraignment gave up Tuesday night, Nichols said.

All have argued not liable.

A fourth man named as a man of enthusiasm for the case, Shayne Austin, kicked the bucket of an evident suicide three months back, his lawyer affirmed.

Bobo, a nursing understudy at the University of Tennessee's Parsons grounds, was 20 years of age when she was accounted for missing in April 2011. Two seekers discovered her skull in September 2014 around 10 miles from Zachary Adams' home.
