Witnesses told police that the casualty was the girl of the lady setting up the gathering. The casualty professedly stood up to Davis about taking such a great amount of sustenance from the house.
Davis purportedly reacted by diving a serving fork into the lady's eye, which brought on no less than two little gashes on the left eye, as indicated by the Indianapolis Star. The casualty's eyes were "swollen and red."
The suspect told police she acted in self-protection on the grounds that the leader was waving a blade in her face, as indicated by the Metro.
