Dickinson, who is one of more than 30 ladies to charge the 77-year-old entertainer of rape, first revolted against Cosby on Entertainment Tonight in November. At the time, Cosby's attorney discredited those cases in an announcement that said, "Janice Dickinson's story blaming Bill Cosby for assault is a lie." Presently, Dickinson says she "is not the same lady," and has experienced bad dreams, apprehension and shame.

"Furthermore, the way that he and his representatives have called me a liar – alluding to comments that I've made – its recently not amend. I need to battle this. I'm not being paid anything fiscally to do this current, its simply the correct thing to do."

In the proposed claim, which Bloom said will be documented Wednesday in California Superior Court, Dickinson and her legal counselor blame Cosby and his legitimate group for putting forth a "false articulation" and that the remarks made "were composed and distributed with the objective of making Ms. Dickinson an object of scorn, disdain, contempt or disfavor, and to bring her open and individual mortification."

"It's the opportune time," Dickinson told ET. "I couldn't let myself be quiet. I am calm today, and I'm in a system of lively trustworthiness. I need to ensure every one of those ladies that haven't approach and demonstrate to them the adoration and backing overall that what transpired won't happen to another lady."

Dickinson is requesting a jury trial and an unspecified measure of money related harms to make up for the harms to her notoriety.

"Whatever she can do is request a claim as of right now, on the grounds that no criminal charges can be documented," Bloom said.

Concerning what Dickinson would say to Cosby on the off chance that he were there?

"Is there any valid reason why you won't discuss reality?" a passionate Dickinson inquired. "Would you like to go to paradise or would you like to go to damnation?"
