The man who was cut, 25-year-old Casey Smet, affirmed Thursday that he didn't know he had been wounded until he exited the bar and was conversing with police.
Precious stone affirmed that he supposes Smet hurt himself when he snatched Diamond.
On the off chance that indicted, Diamond could face up to 10 years in jail.
