A source only tells ET that humorist Dane Cook has been forever banned from the Laugh Factory following quite a while of performing at the really popular standup club in Hollywood, Calif.

As per the source, the 43-year-old humorist utilized revolting, hostile dialect towards a server. When he was drawn closer by the proprietor, his demeanor deteriorated, and the two in this way got into a contention. Cook supposedly told the proprietor, "I claim this spot!"

The proprietor did not ignore this one as he demonstrated Cook who truly does claim the foundation by banning him from continually performing there once more. In any case, Cook's bio can even now be seen on the Laugh Factory's site.

Cook has been a general at the Laugh Factory for quite a long while and made it his home construct to work in light of new material. Known for breaking records, on April 10, 2007, he set the industrial facility's continuance record by performing in front of an audience for three hours and 50 minutes. In spite of the fact that kindred comic Dave Chappelle broke that record after five days, Cook left a mark on the world there again by performing in front of an audience for seven straight hours on Jan. 1, 2008.

Then, Cook will keep on performing at different clubs, including the Hollywood Improv.
