Cameras capture police throwing 8-month pregnant woman to the ground, handcuffing and arresting her,  A stunning police bodycam feature demonstrates the capture of a lady who shouts she's eight months pregnant.

"This is silly! What's the deal with you? If you don't mind I'm pregnant!" she screamed. She was pushed to the ground on her stomach and bound, then dragged to a squad car in tears.

"I didn't do anything incorrectly," she said in the feature.

Why was she captured? The answer may astound you. Cops say she was hindering equity on the grounds that she declined to give them her name and opposed capture.

Twenty-nine-year-old Charlena Michelle Cooks talked only to INSIDE EDITION about the aggravating episode that occurred.

She told INSIDE EDITION, "I was in agony. I was frightened. I thought I was going to kick the bucket."

It all began after one lady called cops asserting Cooks punched her auto window amid a contention in a grade school parking garage in Barstow, California.

In the bodycam feature, the lady said, "She frightened the damnation out of me and I'm similar to, 'I'm calling the police.'"

At the same time, the officer advised her he didn't see any harm.

He said, "I don't see a wrongdoing that has been submitted."

He then drew nearer Cooks for her side of the story. She'd simply dropped off her little girl who is in the second grade at the school.

He asked her, "What is your name, ma'am?"

Cooks reacted, "I'm not giving you my name."

He said, "I really do have the privilege to ask your name."

INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret asked Cooks, "Why not give him your name?"

She said, "It's my security."

Anyway, Cooks did give him her center name, Michelle, and let him know she needed to call her sweetheart.

The cop said, "Simply give me your name please."

Cooks answered, "I just let you know, my name is Michelle."

Inside of seconds, he and another officer moved into capture Cooks, disregarding her cries that she is eight months pregnant.

Things being what they are, would she say she was truly needed to give her name to police?

Lawyer Royal Oakes told INSIDE EDITION, that in his lawful opinon, "It's an enormous issue for the police that they got this lady when she declined to recognize herself. She had a privilege to shut up, then she lets them know 'I'm pregnant' they still sort of man-handle her. This tape will be obliterating in court."

Cooks' legal advisor, Kerri Harper, accepts there's a racial segment to the occurrence.

She said, "The inquiry you can't resist the opportunity to ask in this atmosphere that we're in is, if Miss Cooks were blonde-haired and a caucasian female and eight months pregnant, would she have been tossed to the ground in the way in which happened here?"

Yet, police say in an announcement, "This episode was not the slightest bit racially propelled," including, "The Barstow Police Department keeps on being proactive in preparing its officers to evaluate and handle communications with candidly charged people while directing an examination, for the security of everybody included."

A judge rejected all charges against Cooks, and she conceived a solid infant young lady in March.
