Brantley Gilbert Tattoo

Brantley Gilbert Tattoo, Country crooner Brantley Gilbert bared his back to show off his stance on the right to bear arms.

The "Bottoms Up" singer revealed his mammoth new pro-gun rights tattoo to his Instagram followers this week — art that covers his whole back with a pair of handguns and the entire text from the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution.

Inked by noted tattoo artist Carl Grace, the not subtle brand provides plenty of ammunition for a subject that's now literally and figuratively close to Gilbert's heart."So BG nation.... I wanted to take my support of the 2nd amendment to another level," the 30-year-old avid deer hunter wrote on his Facebook page

Currently on tour opening for Kenny Chesney, Gilbert has been vocal about his rural Georgia religious values and has played at NRA-sponsored concerts.Gilbert, who won the Academy of Country Music's best new male artist award in 2012, boasted about his gun collection in a radio interview last year.

"(But) that'll piss a man off trying to buy ammunition nowadays," he complained to KMLE 107.9 radio. "'We can't take their guns, so we'll take their bullets.' "
