Bill O'Reilly abusive behavior at home, Bill O'Reilly has let go back at claims that he physically ambushed his ex, Maureen McPhilmy, amid their marriage.

"All charges against me in these circumstances are 100 percent false," said O'Reilly, 65, in an announcement discharged to PEOPLE through his own lawyer, Fred Newman of Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP. "I am going to regard the court-ordered classifiedness put set up to ensure my youngsters and won't remark any further."

The example of physical ambush being referred to was supposedly heard three weeks prior by a Nassau County Supreme Court equity after a court-delegated scientific inspector affirmed at the shut listening to that O'Reilly and McPhilmy's 16-year-old girl "guaranteed to have seen her dad dragging McPhilmy down a staircase by her neck," Gawker reported. The Fox News stay was "evidently ignorant that the girl was viewing."

The occurrence is accepted to have happened in 2010, as indicated by Gawker's source.

O'Reilly and McPhilmy met in 1992 and wedded in 1996. The couple isolated in 2010 and separated in 2011; McPhilmy now has care of their two youngsters taking after a hostile, three-year debate.
