Arcade Fire opening Haitian restaurant, Arcade hearth, the husband-and-wife couple Win manservant and Régine Chassagne, declared plans on to open a Haitian eating place known as Agrikol in Montreal with restaurateurs Roland Jean and Jen Agg.
The idea sprung from a night at Toronto’s Rhum Corner last summer, throughout that the 2 couples hit it off, the world and Mail according.
“Win and that i have continually been dreaming of a Haitian place in Montreal. and that we met Roland and Jen and that we started talking,” Chassagne told the publication.
