Amy Schumer Fox, Trainwreck" essayist performer Amy Schumer beyond any doubt doesn't appear to be in any risk of crashing. The ascendant entertainer has marked on to star in and co-compose an untitled mother-girl parody for Fox, a studio representative affirmed to The Times.
Schumer will compose the film with her sister, Kim Caramele, with whom she has teamed up on "Trainwreck" (opening July 17 from Universal) and her namesake Comedy Central arrangement, "Inside Amy Schumer." The plot includes a mother-little girl twosome on an excursion gone awry.The Hollywood Reporter initially reported the news.
Schumer and Caramele will work from a script initially penned by Katie Dippold, a successive Paul Feig coconspirator whose credits incorporate Fox's "The Heat," its underway continuation and Sony's forthcoming "Ghostbusters" reboot.
Feig and Jessie Henderson are delivering the film, which does not yet have an executive or discharge date.Schumer has developed as a breakout star since completing fourth on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" in 2007, on account of constant visiting and two very much respected seasons of "Inside Amy."
